Who We Are
Ajay Industrial Shredders designs and manufactures application-specific Double Shaft Shredders for RDF, electronic waste, plastic waste, municipal solid waste, FRP and other industrial waste-processing requirements.
Each machine configuration is discussed according to material type, feed characteristics, operating hours, input size, expected output and throughput requirement.
Our focus is simple: understand the material, engineer the appropriate shredder configuration, manufacture the machine and support the customer through installation and after-sales service.

Ajay Karthi M is the Founder and Technical Design Head of Ajay Industrial Shredders. With experience in mechanical design and industrial machinery, he leads the development of application-specific shredding systems designed around material type, throughput, serviceability and operating conditions.

From Founding Idea to Operator Handover
Why the company was founded
Ajay Industrial Shredders was established in 2022 to build shredders around applications rather than around a catalogue. Starting from the material, and engineering outward from it, was the founding idea and it still decides how we work.
Application-led engineering
Every configuration begins with a review of the material, the feed characteristics, the operating hours, the input size, the expected output and the throughput requirement. Those six inputs decide the duty category, the cutter arrangement, the drive configuration and the infeed geometry.
Technical drawings and configuration
Layout, infeed and discharge arrangements, interface points with existing equipment and maintenance access are set out on drawing and approved before fabrication begins. Holding those drawings is also what lets us supply the right spare parts years later.
Fabrication and manufacturing
Frames, cutting chambers, hoppers and discharge arrangements are fabricated at our Bengaluru base. Building the machines ourselves is what makes application-specific configuration practical rather than theoretical.
Assembly and electrical integration
Shafts, cutters, drives, gearboxes and control equipment are assembled and integrated as one machine, with the control arrangement matched to how the machine will actually be operated on your site.
Inspection and testing
Assembled machines are inspected and run before dispatch. Problems found in the works are inconvenient. The same problems found on a site during commissioning are expensive.
Installation and operator guidance
We install and commission the machine, then take your operators through running it: feeding practice, what must never enter the cutting zone, routine checks and the early signs of a problem.
Service and spare-parts communication
After handover, service and spare-parts communication runs directly through us. Quote the model and serial number, describe what the machine is doing, and send photographs or a short video where you can.
Bengaluru manufacturing base
Design, fabrication, assembly, testing and service coordination all happen at Yelachenahalli on Kanakapura Road, Bengaluru.
